High Air Flow Pneumatic Conveying Blower for Dyeing and Printing Plant

Product Introduction

An exploded view of a precision device integrating a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and a fluid power system is presented here, clearly showing the composition and cooperative logic of core components. The Stator and Rotor are the main body of the motor. The stator creates a rotating magnetic field to drive the rotor, realizing the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy. Equipped with an Air bearing, which applies gas lubrication to eliminate physical contact. Together with a Thrust bearing and a Radial bearing to bear radial loads, it greatly reduces mechanical friction, ensures the rotor operates at high speed and stability, and assists the equipment in achieving an efficiency of 96% - 98%.
